Well lets see. The past two weeks have been so very, very busy.
As I think most of you know I have been doing plumonary rehab. twice a week since the 4th of September. This is really going quite well and I am learning a few things which is what my Dr. had hoped for. So all total I do exercises of all different sorts five times a week and I have muscle tone that I have not had since my teen years which is in turn helping to pull weight off and let me tell you I haven't been dieting. So there is really something to the exercies thing though that is not the reason the Dr. has me doing. Her objective is to help my physical stature so that I won't take some bad falls, help improve heart rate and then the heart will send more oxygen to my lungs.
Enough of that.
I have found so many things that didn't get done when they really should have been done when I worked. Just never enough time then. This year I was able to cut back all of the prennials in the flowerbeds and mulch. This was quite time consuming in itself. Then it took 3 hard, long days last week to get both sheds scraped, then painted and then the trim work done.
This week is appointment week. I was getting ready to leave house at 8:30 this morning headed to the Dentist when Walter, my handyman, called. He had today off from regular job with it being a holiday and he wanted to do his fall maintenance program today. He worked hard all day long and achieved everything I had on my list and then he had added several things. Tomorrow is the Vet for shots for Ms. Sassy and then Wed. is oxygen day, Thur. is hair appointment and rehab. and then Friday my sister-in-law and I are going out to lunch.
Today had two other appointments pop into being with telephone calls so I left Walter working away happily, took off and got these done as well.
I can be very honest with everyone when I say there aren't enough hours in the day when you are retired.
I don't know how I did what I did and worked too. I am truly amazed now when I look back.

Well...I guess things will slow down a bit as winter sets in. Don't you think?
I love my three day weekends...though, I usually end up baking! Fun fun!
